1. General Product Information

  • What is hemp? Hemp is a variety of the Cannabis sativa plant species that contains less than 0.3% THC D9 on dry weight basis.

  • Is hemp the same as marijuana? No, hemp and marijuana come from the same plant species, but hemp contains only trace amounts of THC D9 (less than 0.3%), the psychoactive compound found in higher concentrations in marijuana.

  • Do hemp products contain THC? Hemp products may contain very small amounts of THC (less than 0.3%), which is the legal limit. These amounts are not enough to cause psychoactive effects.

2. Product Safety and Legality

  • Are your products legal? Yes, all our hemp products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, making them federally legal in the United States.

  • Will using hemp products make me fail a drug test? While our products contain minimal amounts of THC, we cannot guarantee that using hemp products will not result in a positive drug test, as some tests may detect trace amounts of THC.

  • Are your products third-party tested? Yes, all our products are tested by independent third-party labs to ensure they meet the legal THC limits and are free of contaminants. If you would like any additional information please reach out to us 

  • 3. Shipping and Returns

    • Where do you ship to? We currently Only offer local delivery to the Omaha metro area. To see if we delver to you just type your address into the cart section and it will show you  

    • How long does delivery take? Most orders placed before 4 pm are delivered on the same day. If after then expect it in about 24 hours. Will always send text/email with eta. 

    • What is your return policy? All sales are final but if you feel you got a faulty product please reach out to us and we will make it right. 

    4. Purchasing and Payment

    • What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and some digital payment methods like PayPal. Check our checkout page for the full list of accepted payment options.

    • Is there an age restriction to buy hemp products? Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to purchase hemp products. We may require age verification before completing your delivery if you are a first time shopper.
